My name is Danny Tourville and I work in infrastructure management for the Tzeachten First Nation in Chilliwack, B.C., I decided to start Lá:Lém Building Inspections and Consulting to meet a need that I found prevalent among many First Nation groups – building inspections. I am a journeyman carpenter by trade, and a Level 1 BOABC Building Official. With these qualifications, I am able to confidently satisfy all inspector declarations as required by Indigenous Services Canada and CMHC for most building projects on reserve.
My commitment to providing the best inspection services is unmet – I am very happy not only to provide inspections but also to be a resource to your community via consulting for various building projects to educational initiatives to general questions from Council and members.
I truly appreciate the need for accredited Home Inspectors to work directly for First Nation Groups far and wide, and from my humble beginnings, I am now fortunate to have a thriving business of my own at Lá:Lém Building Inspections and Consulting!
My aim is to serve you and your Nation, in whatever capacity you see fit. It is ultimately the partnership with First Nation Groups that defines the progress, strength, and integrity that we all envisage.
