- I want to add a review to a business
We do not allow any ratings, reviews or comments on the business or events listings. If you want to check out a business, then try them yourselves and if you like them, then tell all of your friends. We are a business and event listing website, not a review website.
- When will I be charged for the Premium Listings or Banner Advertising?
You need to fill out the appropriate forms for the Premium Listings or Banner Ads and then submit your payment here before we will add your information to iChilliwack. We will notify you once the payment has been received and your Listing / Ad is live.
- Can I change a live Premium Directory Listing / Ad?
If the Listing / Ad is live, then you can modify it once for free. It will however, take us 24-48 hours to update the listing / ad at our end, after it has been reviewed by our team. Additional changes will incur a fee and this is dependent upon the range of changes to be made.
- Can I upgrade my FREE Directory Listing?
Yes, you can upgrade your FREE listing anytime by clicking on the upgrade banner, beneath your FREE listing. This will take you to the Premium Listing Form where you can add your information. Once submitted, please click here for the payment screen. It will take 24-48 hours to update the Listing to Premium.
- Do you add companies that have not made their own submission to the Listing?
No, we do not. Whilst our team could go through and add companies with a ‘copyright fair-use’ excerpt from their publicity material or website, we would prefer for companies to add their own information.
- Can I have a FREE or Premium Listing removed?
Yes. Please send an email (to sales@ichilliwack.com) from the email that you signed up with initially, and we will remove the listing within 24-48 hours.
- What happens to Premium Listing after 3 months?
If you have not already renewed your premium listing online within 3 months, we will contact you and ask if you would like to renew the listing for another 3 months. If you want to renew it longer, then please contact sales@ichilliwack.com with the term you have in mind and we will quote you a price.
If we are unable to contact you, the premium listing may be removed entirely at the discretion of iChilliwack.
- What happens in I am unable to locate a relevant category at the time of creating my listing?
You should select the category that you believe is closest to your service. The team will make modifications or reach out to you for clarification at the time of approving the listing.
