Illusions Rhythmic Gymnastics Society is pleased to offer recreational programs for children, teens, and adults by our NCCP-qualified coaches. Rhythmic Gymnastics is an exciting blend of sport and art that promotes flexibility, endurance, strength, and poise. Our programs involve movement to music in a safe, supervised atmosphere with direct instruction and an excellent gymnast coach ratio. Our positive, safe environment fosters group cooperation.
