Cozy Log Cabins and Log Homes

There’s something about owning a cozy log cabin in the woods that creates an escape from the rat race of day to day living. The aroma of the logs, the fresh mountain air, and most of all the serenity of nature.   It brings you back to your inner self, and those hunter – gatherer instincts. It’s where we are meant to be.

We build our log cabins or log homes out of the best quality Western Red cedar or Douglas Fir logs. Both timber species are both local to us, making us unique from other global log home builders that must first import the timbers.  The most popular is the western red cedar for all it’s natural benefits, such as bug and rot resistant. Not to mention, the stunning log flares that make every log structure unique.

We can make custom changes to any of our floor plans!

At Cascade, we offer a variety of log cabin or log home floor plans, that can be customized.  For example, if you’d like a door moved, 2 bedrooms made into one big one, a huge patio opening, a look out tower, a feature log in the great room, anything can be customized to build your dream log home.

Our cozy log cabin floor plans range from 500 sq ft to 1500 sq ft. We provide all the log work your floor plan requires, and your builder will set up the foundation.  Once everything has the stamp of approval, we handcraft the log structure, disassemble it and ship it to your destination.  Your builder will then finish off the roof, windows, doors, flooring, electrical, plumbing, counters etc.
