Melanie has 21 years overall experience in customer service, account management and administration.
Melanie will work directly with the Chase team and your team to organize and plan the project in the “gathering of information” phase, including but not limited to drawings, drawing revisions, product specification, specials and auditing.
Melanie will also prepare and follow up on final sign off package for the Client including, drawing sign off, and parts list review, quote review. Melanie’s responsibilities also include following up on quotes to ensure sign off is complete and that she has all the necessary information to take the project to order entry. Once the project has been handed off to order entry Melanie will follow up to ensure that the order is processed within 24 hours.
